🛒 Orders & Custom Prints

1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online collection, choose your preferred print style, size, and finish, upload your photo or artwork, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase — only if printing has not yet started.
After production starts, we can no longer modify or cancel the order since it’s custom-made.

3. Can I order without creating an account?
Yes! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view past purchases, and save shipping information for future use.

4. What file formats do you accept for custom prints?
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, DNG and PSD files. For best print quality, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).

5. Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for photographers, studio owners, artists and resellers.

6. I cannot attach my files, what do I do?
If you are having issue uploading a photo during the checkout process, you send it to us directly via email attachment at info@deluxprint.com or share it to us via Google Drive at deluxprintph@gmail.com

💳 Payments & Security

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options depending on your region.

7. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions on DeluxPrint.com are protected with SSL encryption and processed securely by trusted third-party gateways.
We never store your full payment details on our servers.

8. Do you charge in local currency?
Our prices are displayed in PHP for customers in the Philippines and USD to the rest of the world by default.
If you’re shopping internationally, your payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at checkout.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our prints worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Shipping provider for Philippines clients with be J&T Express.

10. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region:

Philippines: 5-7 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–12 business days
Asia & Oceania: 7–14 business days
Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

11. Order Processing Time
All our products are custom-made with precision and care.
After your order is confirmed, please allow:

5-7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

12. What are the Shipping Rates?
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination country
Package size and weight
Selected shipping method

Philippines Only
NCR & CALABARZON: Php150
Luzon & VizMin: Php300
Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or marketing materials.

13. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website, your account’s Tracking Page or send us an email to info@deluxprint.com

14. Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by their country’s regulations.
These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

15. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@deluxprint.com.
We’ll help track it down and arrange a replacement if necessary.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

16. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or error on our part. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

17. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos/videos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund promptly.

18. How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

19. What materials do you use for your prints?
We use premium aluminum and fine art media printed with Epson F-series printers and original Epson inks — ensuring long-lasting color, sharpness, and durability. Canvas prints are produced using top of the line Canon Printer and original Pigment inks.

20. Are your metal prints waterproof and weatherproof?
Yes! Our Premium Metal Prints are made from pure aluminum, making them both waterproof and weather-resistant — perfect for both indoor and covered outdoor displays. These prints are guaranteed to last a lifetime.

21. Can I hang my print outdoors?
Yes, our metal prints are durable enough for outdoor use in shaded or covered areas.
Avoid direct sunlight or extreme humidity for maximum lifespan.

22. Do you offer framing or mounting options?
Each print includes wooden or aluminum float cleat hanger depending on availability.
We also offer magnetic or stand options for buyers in the Philippines.
