We take great pride in producing high-quality custom prints and aim to ensure every customer is happy with their order. Because most of our products are made to order, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns.
1. Custom Orders
All our products are custom-made, printed according to your chosen design, photo, or artwork.
For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Please review your artwork, file resolution, and order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly reprint it or issue a refund. We highly encourage our customers to please record a photo/video during the unboxing process to validate claims.
To request a reprint:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@deluxprint.com.
2. Provide your order number and clear photo/video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will either:
Send a free reprint of the same item, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please keep all packaging materials until your case is resolved.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are approved in the following cases:
Item arrived damaged during shipping
Item was printed incorrectly due to our error
You received the wrong product or size
Refunds are not eligible for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Low-resolution or incorrect files provided by the customer
Color variations caused by screen or printer calibration differences
Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers outside our control
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, if printing has not yet started.
After production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
To request cancellation, email us immediately at info@deluxprint.com with your order details.
5. Shipping Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
Please check your tracking information first.
If the shipment appears lost or stuck, contact us so we can file a claim with the courier.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer
Customs delays or import duties in the buyer’s country
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
The refund will appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
